One simple pull instantly sounds a 130 dB alarm, automatically calls emergency services through your phone, and shares your live location with your emergency contacts.
What if I accidentally pull the pin?

The TEROVIK Personal Safety Device has built-in safety delays to prevent accidental triggers.
When you pull the pin:

  • The 130 dB alarm sounds immediately.
  • Your phone only begins the Emergency SOS process after approximately 5 seconds.
  • Your phone then starts its own countdown (usually 5–10 seconds). You can easily cancel the alert on your phone screen during this time if it was pulled by mistake.
Do I need an app or subscription?

No. The TEROVIK Personal Safety Device works directly with your phone’s built-in Emergency SOS feature. No app and no subscription are required.
Do I need to unlock my phone?

No. You don’t need to unlock your phone or take it out. The device triggers the call and location share automatically (as long as your phone is within Bluetooth range).
How loud is the alarm?

The alarm reaches 130 dB — as loud as a jet engine from close range — to attract attention and deter danger.
Is the TEROVIK Personal Safety Device suitable for running?

Yes. It is specifically designed for solo runners and clips easily to a running vest or tucked into a running belt or pocket. It's lightweight and easy to carry.
Is it sweat and rain resistant?

Yes, it is splash/ sweat resistant. It should not be submerged or used while swimming.
How long does the battery last?

The TEROVIK Personal Safety Device is rechargeable via USB-C and lasts several weeks on normal use.
Will the device work with my phone?

The TEROVIK Personal Safety Device works with virtually all modern iPhones (iOS 11 or newer) and most recent Android smartphones. It connects via Bluetooth to your phone’s built-in Emergency SOS feature. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and Emergency SOS is turned on in your phone settings.
What is your return policy?

We offer 14-day easy returns. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
